Carrier was driving out of a business parking lot at [REDACTED]. He then came to stop at the stop sign and all of a sudden he felt a hard hit from the back bumper. That 's when he noticed he was hit from the back by a burnt orange [REDACTED]. Driver of the [REDACTED] [REDACTED] states he was looking off to the right of his driver window not paying any attention and that 's when he hit the postal vehicle from the back on the left side bumper.
