What happened

On [REDACTED] a Receiving Athlete escalated pain to their right shoulder following overhead reaching in the ASN path date of injury [REDACTED] & [REDACTED]. Upon investigation the Athlete reported feeling a shoulder pinch on [REDACTED] while lifting a bin of 24 jerseys weighting appx 10.27lbs onto a receiving cart but also athlete confirmed they failed to utilize step stool when storing items in top gaylords. Athlete self-cared throughout the weekend until escalation on [REDACTED] after an aggravation occured [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. On [REDACTED] the Athlete requested medical care at Concentra Brooks & was prescribed restrictions which the team was able to accomodate for 57 days until new restrictions on [REDACTED] leading to a Lost Time recordable.
