What happened
[REDACTED] I was on apbs 2 loading the uprights and bmcs in the dumper. at some point [REDACTED] i don 't have an exact time but i noticed my right top of my arm near my shoulder was hurting a little. i really didn 't think nothing of it cause we were constantly on the move loading and unloading the dumper. [REDACTED] when i came in it was a lil sore but i could still move my arm. i proceeded on with my night on apbs 1 loading again sometime during the night i did mention to [REDACTED] that i was sore and ahd a little pain in my right arm. i proceeded to go on about my night & continue working. it wasn 't until [REDACTED] when i woke up that the pain & soreness had set in. i 'm not able to lift my arm & it is very painful
