Before the incident
Employee drove up to dock door 126 so that he could pull the trailer out from the dock door.
What happened
The employee walked up to the trailer to remove the jack stand. The left handle was missing. The employee grabbed the right handle with his right hand and the rachet mechanism (at the top center of the jack stand) with his left hand. The employee then shimmied the stand out from underneath the trailer (instead of first lowering the jack stand and tilting it back on its wheels). The employee experienced a pull in his left shoulder and later felt pain along the lift side of his neck.
