What happened

On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] a PTL athlete labor shared into picking escalated pain in their right wrist after applying their weight onto a picking cart while looking for a location near [REDACTED]. The Athlete did not hear a pop or any noise but felt pain shoot up through their forearm. Upon reenactment the athlete stated that they had their hands in a supinated grip while slightly leaning on the cart. The athlete rated the pain a 10 out of 10 at the time & escalated to picking lead after first break. The team provided First Aid: Ice & biofreeze. Following 15 minutes the pain alleviated & they returned to work. On [REDACTED] the PTL athlete was identified wearing a hand brace by supervision. Upon investigation the Athlete stated their pain was still lingering from their work-related injury on [REDACTED] & had purchased a brace on their own for support.
