What happened

At approximately [REDACTED] on [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] approached me in [REDACTED] to notify me that EE [REDACTED] had cut his finger at the wrapper. I immediately went to the wrapper to make sure the line was stopped and to check on EE [REDACTED]. When I got to the wrapper area E wrapper was stopped and I noticed blood spots on the ground I called for QFS to come to the wrapper. EE [REDACTED] had went to the locker room to clean his finger. I then saw [REDACTED] coming back to the floor through the double doors at which point I approached him and asked him if he was wearing his cut resistant gloves underneath the blue gloves to which he answered yes. I then asked to see his finger which was covered in paper towels and the damage to his finger warranted a trip to the Emergency Room. I contacted [REDACTED] the EHS manager to notify him of the situation and then took [REDACTED] to Regional Medical Center.
