[REDACTED] ([REDACTED]) stated he was taking a wheelbarrow full of bauxite up to dump in a trash bin. As he was taking it up the front of his head made contact with a metal crossbar on the trash bin. [REDACTED] had an abrasion on and underneath his upper lip. In addition after the meal hour he stated that there was pressure on the front of his head. The paramedics were called and they recommended he get checked out at a hospital. He refused an ambulance and took himself to the hospital to get checked out.
