Walking from Kitting Table to Assembly Line
What happened
EE was helping on an assembly on Line 4 when a barblock she was installing broke. EE walked to the kitting table at the end of the line to get a new one. EE started to talk with a colleague who was at the computer between line 3 and 4 in the middle of the room. They both started to walk toward the front of the line at the same time talking along the way. Near the front of the line the two colleagues bumped into each other. The EE stepped on the other colleagues foot causing EE to stumble forward and trip and fall. When EE fell she struck her head right hand and left elbow on the floor and wall. EE was transported to WorkMed Clinic where she was diagnosed with a nondisplaced fracture to the head of left arm radius.
