What happened
At approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was exiting turret truck 026-312. As he was exiting he stepped onto the edge of a 4-foot pallet staged to his left with his left foot. He placed his right foot on the forks of the man-up and lost his balance. [REDACTED] fell to the ground and used his right arm to brace his fall. Afterwards employee experienced pain in his ankle and wrist. The pain in his ankle went away rather quickly but still had pain and limited mobility in his wrist. He was moved to another location and provided an ice pack to prevent swelling. After 20 minutes of icing employee felt better but was still experiencing some discomfort trying to move their wrist.
