What happened
The employee running controls confirmed everybody was clear then proceeded to zero the mold and confirm the green light solid. He then turned the IBC tool slide to the off position and proceeded to close the mold. The effected employee was standing on the opposite end of the mold waiting for closure when he noticed a sudden spark and felt himself get hit by debris.
