IW was operating a scissor lift as he was ascending he had place his left hand on the guardrail of the scissor lift.
What happened
was operating a scissor lift as IW was ascending he had place his left hand on the guardrail of the scissor lift. IW was unaware of his hand placement on the scissor lift while ascending doing so his left hand was caught in between the guardrail and iron beam. Once he felt the impact of the scissor lift he immediately descended to ground level. After realizing the extent of his hand injury IW reported it to his foreman.
