What happened
Cultivation Technician injured lower led upon descending platform ladder stated he felt something pop in his lower leg or ankle area. He is unable to bear full weight and walk without assistance. He did not fall or miss a rung he just felt something give resulting in severe pain. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was summoned and asked if the technician wanted EMS and he declined. We got him to elevate the injured leg and iced it while we called MEDCORE. We made the claim with them and originally he told the Medcore RN he could walk 10 feet and she wanted him to self-care. He did not tell her he had multiple surgeries to the lower foot until I told him to share this. He could not bear weight without assistance nor walk the10 feet so the RN wanted him to be seen within 2 hours. [REDACTED] drove him to Concentra Urgent Care at [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] got him checked in and he will call [REDACTED] to pick him up after the appointment. The case Reference for this is 2734506.
