What happened
The cultivation employee injured her back after lifting the bin of hoses without realizing residual water had settled at the bottom. When she bent back up after lifting she felt a sharp pain in her lower back. She dumped the excess water then continue to work until she felt more discomfort from the pain. Sitting walking and climbing up and down the elevated work surface catwalks was painful. She took ibuprofen and used the cold spray on her lower back before calling Medcor reference 27451542. She was not comfortable driving herself so a Lyft was ordered to transport her to Arizona Industrial Medicine clinic.
