What happened
Retail employee fainted while on a tour of [REDACTED] facility. The group entered veg room 2 for the first part of the tour and she felt overheated and began walking to the exit. She briefly lost consciousness before making it out of the room. She did not sustain any injuries because other employees caught her and lowered her to the ground. EMS was called and EHS was alerted immediately. By the time [REDACTED] arrived to the affected employee she was conscious and standing. EMS was cancelled and the employee was directed to leave the tour and fill out a report Medcor reference number: 27355604. After filing a report the employee was driven by her coworkers back to their retail store in [REDACTED].
