Before the incident
TM took the broom off the holder that is mounted to the wall outside of dock door #21.
What happened
After the TM got the broom down and turned to walk towards the trailer the mount on the wall came down and hit the TMs left arm. A screw that was on the mount caused a small scratch and soreness in the elbow area.
