Before the incident
According to [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] he was working down in the basement of the HQ building using a back pack blower to disperse water to the elevator pits. From what IE says he was blowing the water into the elevator pits when he was on the backside of a material cart that had a bundle of 2x4’s on it.
What happened
[REDACTED] [REDACTED] called me to notify me that he was experiencing pain in his lower back. After talking with [REDACTED] it seems as this back pain has been off and on since [REDACTED]. According to [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] he was working down in the basement of the HQ building using a back pack blower to disperse water to the elevator pits. From what [REDACTED] says he was blowing the water into the elevator pits when he was on the backside of a material cart that had a bundle of 2x4’s on it.
