Notching Forms

[REDACTED] was performing his normal work duties building forms and cutting notches in the forms. IE was notching out a 2 x 4 with his Skill Saw and had laid the 2 x 4 flat to finish out the notch. To do this he had pulled back the guard with his left thumb and set the blade down to cut. While doing this the tip of his glove on his left ring finger got caught up by the moving blade and pulled his finger in making contact with the blade. This resulted in a significant laceration to his ring finger cutting into the nail bed. [REDACTED] was wearing his gloves at the time of the incident.
