What happened
employee was running plates through bandsaw using all proper PPE the angle he was having to cut on the plates made cause for him to hold down pressure on the plate as he slid it across the machine causing the blade on the saw to grab the glove and in doing so cut the tip of his left hand ring finger off. immediately stopped the machine and went straight to hse safety for medical attention and to report
