What happened
During the drilling process with a hole saw the drill bit retainer set screw became loose resulting in the bit disengaging from the hole saw. This caused the hole saw to spin unpredictably upon breaking through the metal siding leading to an incident in which the blade caught the operator 's glove and made contact with his fingers.
