Set angles for fit on hull 186

Employee was lifting up on a angle to position it so it can be properly placed for fit. He was being aided by another employee. While doing so the angle shift in hand and began to roll . This caused The employee to attempt to try and catch or slow its movement as he thought it might hurt the employee helping him. In doing this And employee not being in a proper lifting stance or position he injured his own lower back. He instantly let go of the angle and after a minute or so he was able to slowly make his way down off the vessel and since he was right out front of the safety office he came in to inform of the incident and seek proper aid
