What happened
TM reported pain developing in right forearm with tingling and general weakness in the arm up to the shoulder to her supervisor on [REDACTED] While working as at he Watercutter harvester. The supervisor moved her to the watercutter infeed position another workstation within her rotation plan for the rest of the day. At that time she declined medical attention. She worked the following day without complaint. The TM reported similar issues and was escorted to EHS for evaluation.After treatment with Ice and Bio- freeze without relief the TM requested Medical intervention.Xray 's were delayed by Medical center staffing workload issues until [REDACTED] DX was short duration RMI RX and splint were provided. No lost time.
