[REDACTED] was Changing a Damaged [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] #14 when The [REDACTED] fell on [REDACTED] Finger as he was removing it from underneath the [REDACTED]. This caused a crush injury to his Left Middle finger and he was sent to [REDACTED] via P.O.V. after First Aid was rendered at the Plant and a drug test was given. [REDACTED] was wearing Latex Gloves at the time of the incident. They had the [REDACTED] picked up slightly with the overhead crane and [REDACTED] attempted to wrestle the cone out from underneath the [REDACTED].
