What happened
At approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] called me via radio stating that he broke his knee. I immediately started to head to the leach pad where he was located and called S.E.R.T team on the way an informed them that we would need the SERT cart and a few hands for assistance. Apon arrival [REDACTED] was underneath the scaffolding outside of the leach pad truck wash laying down. He stated that while walking of the leach pad truck wash heading north he stepped west over the bottom support bar of the scaffolding and his foot slipped on polymer or something. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] (S.E.R.T.) arrived shortly after. Asked him a few questions had him bend his knee if possible and turn side to side. His knee was red but could not tell if it was swollen or not at the time.
