[REDACTED] was working on the [REDACTED]307A when I called him and [REDACTED] to go to the [REDACTED] due to it locking up. [REDACTED] turned to walk away and fell to the ground saying the left side of his lower back was hurt and that he could not move due to the pain. [REDACTED] called me via radio and told me to come to the pump they were working on I radioed [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] to assist me with the situation. When we arrived [REDACTED] was sitting on the pump base complaining of lower back pain. The SERT members checked him out and helped him out of containment and down to the [REDACTED] room until the ambulance arrived and they took him to the hospital.
