She was going to the breakroom to take her lunch.
What happened
On the way to the breakroom she said to a coworker that she felt dizzy and they helped her to get to the breakroom and let her sit in the breakroom. It was very hot on the day of the incident and the employee was showing signs of heat stress. Emergency personnel was called and they took her to the hospital.
