Employee noticed over time that something in his shoe was irritating his foot. When he went to seek medical attention he found that there were two pellets that had somehow gotten into his shoe and got under the insole. Over time these pellets had chewed their way through the insole and started causing irritation on his foot. These pellets were identified as being something that we use in our process making this a work-related incident.
