What happened
The employee was working in the Lab at [REDACTED] when a nurse from the ER came to the Lab requesting supplies. The employee explains that she quickly stood up and stepped towards the shelving that held to requested supplies. While standing up and stepping she tripped or lost balance and fell into the shelving and slid to the ground. The nurse from the ER witnessed this and helped bring the employee off the floor and back into the chair she had been sitting in prior to standing up. Once in the chair she noted pain in her left ankle she details that she explained this to the nurse but the nurse noticed that she was becoming very pale and diaphoretic at that time. She then explains that she passed out unsure of the exact details or timing other than waking a short time after this and then being positioned on the floor. She states that the nurse explained to her that he noticed she was passing out tried to help seen she was sliding off the chair and then assisted her to the floor to preve
