Before the incident
Employee was cleaning the sweeco screeen in the [REDACTED] at the end of the batch. In order to reach the sweeco screen the operator stood on the motor in front of it.
What happened
As the employee was coming down from off of the motor after scraping the sweeco screen his right foot landed on the wooden pallet of scrap. As his right foot landed onto the wooden pallet his right foot rolled causing a faction on his foot.
