Before the incident
At approx. [REDACTED] employee was reassembling bread slicer #1 on line #1. Employee just finished servicing the slicer while reassembling the bread slicer he was grabbing parts that were on the conveyor. When he grabbed the scrapper off the conveyor and another part started to fall from the conveyor (approx. 2 feet away) and while employee was holding the scrapper in his right hand he went to grab the part that was falling with his left hand and the other end of the scrapper lacerated his left index finger where the palm and index finger meet
What happened

When he grabbed the scrapper off the conveyor and another part started to fall from the conveyor (approx. 2 feet away) and while employee was holding the scrapper in his right hand he went to grab the part that was falling with his left hand and the other end of the scrapper lacerated his left index finger where the palm and index finger meet
