Before the incident
At approximately [REDACTED] employee was crossing over the walkover on Line 3 by the bun office when coming down the stairs she took the first step and then on the second step she missed the platform and caught the front edge of the step with her foot which caused her to slip and slide down the other five steps catching her buttocks on the fourth step while sliding. Employee states that she went back to work with no issues and then when she went on break is when she started feeling pain in her lower back.
