Before the incident
Employee was inverting a pallet of frozen meat to repalletize and send frozen meat to the whole pallet breaker.
What happened
After meat was inverted the employee noticed that the meat needed to be adjusted as it shifted on the pallet. the employee pushed the meat back onto the pallet however did not notice that the metal pallet was damaged. as it was pushed the metal pallet came down onto the employees ' right hand right ring finger causing a fracture.
