Before the incident
scoring glass with handheld glass cutter
What happened
The employee was using a cutter to cut down a piece of glass to dispose of and when he was pushing down on the cutter and pulling it towards him he felt a slight pain in his right shoulder. The employee reported it to his supervisor immediately and we performed in house first aid. It was identified that the cutter was dull and should have been replaced. This would have made it so the employee would not have had to push down so hard on the cutter.
