What happened
The employee in cutting was team lifting a 1 4 thick piece of glass approximately 50x 90 in size weighing under 75lbs. When the employees brought the end of the glass beyond the edge of the breakout table they utilized the roller to stand the glass up in their hands. There was 2 lites of glass on the table directly behind the employee while performing the lift. The employee was aware of the glass behind them and the employee thinks he may have not given himself enough room to perform the lift. They both bent at the knees had proper hand placement but the employee had their leg close to the glass and brushed the corner of the glass against their leg poking a hole in their chaps and pants and cutting their leg
