Moving pallet loaded with plastic toolboxes to the stretch wrap machine.
What happened
One stack of toolboxes fell from the pallet during transportation. Forklift operator got off lift to pick up stack that had fallen and as they were picking up the fallen boxes another stack fell from the pallet and hit the employee in the back of the neck.
