Before the incident
Employee assisting another employee in the repalletizing of finished goods that had fallen to the floor after the load of finished goods had fallen after being stacked upon each other.
What happened
Employee lifted and slid empty wooden pallet (about belly button height) that was positioned on top of bottom layer of stacked finished goods to position the empty wooden pallet back on the floor. As the employee bent forward to place pallet on the floor felt pain in lower back.
