What happened
IE was fire watching at ground level while another employee was torch cutting crane beam stops off structure above. At [REDACTED] the GF shut down hot work for the night and the crew began breaking torch bottles down. While attempting to lift the oxygen bottle IE says they felt a sharp pain in left bicep and heard a tearing noise. They immediately notified the GF and I contacted Safety and General Superintendent. We left project and took IE to ER.
