What happened
Around [REDACTED] EE was welding at column line N and stopped to get water. EE then stood on the on the footer of the column and then felt a sharp pain at the base of their foot. After which they immediately walked over to their foreman and reported it. Safety was notified at [REDACTED]. We then brought them to the safety office to disinfect the puncture wound as well as bandage the foot. When that was take care of on-site safety proceeded to take them too OCIP clinic (Lexington Medical Center Northeast- Urgent Care). Arrived there at [REDACTED].
