Before the incident
Operator using hoist to move Wing plate bracket into fixture.
What happened
While moving bracket with the hoist into the fixture assembler meant to move suspended load to the west with hoist remote but unintentionally pushed the down button. In result the bracket moved down into the fixture and operator 's right hand was in the line of fire. SRT team members bandaged the wound and provided treatment and was taken to hospital by on shift supervisor for further treatment.
