Removed the tooling that was in the robot.
What happened
Operator was installing tooling into the robot cell. While lowering the tooling into place with hoist operator reached around to help guide tooling onto guide pin Line of Fire. Operator wasn 't sure how finger was caught between the two surfaces. Possible tooling was hung up on guide pin and with enough weight left off the hoist a sudden drop in the tooling or operator with offhand on remote pushed the down button accidently.
