Employee went to open dock door to tell ups driver package was not ours and the door was hung up and very hard to move. Employee felt pain in neck and lower back. Impact Ergonomics worked with employee for 2-1 2 months. Employee stated that it was helping. Employees job title was eliminated so she was moved to another department then stated that the pain came back after a couple hours.
