What happened
While helping two other employees fix a unit load of shifted product the employee reached down with his right arm and lifted a column of Swiffer wet cases (4 cases weighting 10.5 lbs. each). The employee lifted the column of cases with the right arm while another employee pushed a case back onto the pallet underneath the raised column. The employee heard and felt a pop in his right arm between the upper right forearm and lower right bicep. The pain was 7 out of 10.
