He was carrying a tray of dust to put into a bin to recycle.
What happened
TM picked up a tray from under the press which is routine to dump it into a bin. It was all in one motion. During dumping he felt a pop in his upper chest pectoral region. He also felt pain shooting up through his neck. The tray when it is full weighs around 40-50 lbs. depending on the amount of dust in the tray. He claims that the tray was a little more than half full.
