Stirring a bin

Team member reported on [REDACTED] that he had slipped on the ladder on press 47 on [REDACTED]. He said he did not think he needed to report it at the time because he could still walk fine. This was his last [REDACTED] of the week. He came in [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and a team member spotted him limping and he was instructed to report it. Team member explained that he slipped off the second to the top rung and when he landed on the fourth rung he twisted his ankle. We later found it that his foot was broken.
