What happened
[REDACTED] was working at the console at the [REDACTED] Tilt Hoist. As he was performing his job tasks a stacking stick got hung up on a layer of lumber that was resting on the decline chain. As [REDACTED] lowered the next layer of lumber the lumber struck the hung-up stacking stick causing it to break into two pieces sending one of the broken pieces of the stacking stick through the air and puncturing [REDACTED] in his left femur bone above his knee.
