Techs were performing AOA air data check on [REDACTED] on the ramp in [REDACTED]. Air Data Checks Require a Test box to be connected to the Aircraft Exterior with hoses going to the Pitot Static Probes on the Exterior of the aircraft nose on both sides of the aircraft which connect to the Test Box. Techs were preparing to lower the flaps as part of the check. Tech walked around the aircraft to ensure the flaps were clear prior to deploying them as part of the check. The Aircraft in work was parked on the ramp in [REDACTED] with an adjacent aircraft ([REDACTED]) parked in front and to the left of the aircraft maintenance was being performed. Tech had previously requested line service to move this aircraft as the wing was blocking the Main entry door from opening. Line Service had moved the aircraft so the Main Door could be opened but was still in front of the wing.
