EE states that while resting in the sleeper berth of the truck cab during a 10 hour reset a [REDACTED] truck was parking in front of EEs truck. While the [REDACTED] driver was backing up [REDACTED] trailer suddenly struck the front nose of EEs truck abruptly waking EE. Since the impact EE complains of pain in the mid to lower back above the waistline. EE initially complained of a headache.
