What happened
EE states she has a step stool she uses in order to climb in and out of the trailer. She stated she exited out of the trailer to help assist with setting up rollers. EE stated the store uses rachet straps to connect the rollers to the trailer. She stated after they set everything up she went to climb back inside of the trailer. EE states as she was climbing up her left foot got caught on a rachet strap and made the stool fall over. EE stated she had two options and decided to use all of her strength to pull herself up into the trailer vs falling to the ground. She is experiencing pain in her entire back and neck.
