Banding Blanks

Associate had requested A-Line Hi-Lo driver to move a double stack of blanks [REDACTED]. Both Pallets were individually banded 3 bands per pallet. When driver picked up the pallet associate moved off to the left side about 3 1 2 feet from the stack. Associate was standing next to a pin pallet as [REDACTED] was lifting both pallets at same time. The top stack shifted to the side breaking all bands as blanks slid off like a deck of cards pinning assocs right leg against pin pallet causing laceration.
