to 15 feet
to the concrete floor of the warehouse while being lifted by reach trucks
and pickers
while standing in a 41 inch by 48 inch plywood elevating platform with
side walls that
only reach 33 inches in height.
Note:  Among other feasible and acceptable abatement methods would be to:
1.Construct the elevating platform in accordance with ANSI B56.1-1988,
Section 7.34.1.3,
or equivalent which requires restraining means positioned at a vertical
height not less
than 36 inches nor more than 42 inches.
2.Provide a scaffold or solid construction.
3.Provide a ladder.
