SECTION 5(A)(1) FIXTURES, LAMP HOLDERS, LAMPS, ROSETTES, AND RECEPTACLES %% LOCATED WITHIN 8 FEET OF THE FLOOR HAD LIVE PARTS EXPOSED TO EMPLOYEE CONTACT: A) FOR EMPLOYEES WHO WORK IN THE BOILER HOUSE, DESERATOR FLOOR, FIXTURES LOCATED WITHIN 8 FEET OF THE FLOOR HAD LIVE PARTS EXPOSED TO EMPLOYEE CONTACT, IN THAT AN OPEN ELECTRICAL FIXTURE (FOR A LIGHT BULB) WAS LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 6 FEET ABOVE THE GRATED CATWALK ABOVE THE DESERATOR FLOOR BETWEEN THE NUMBER 4 AND NUMBER 6 BOILERS. AS OF DECEMBER 6, 1990.
